It’s starting to feel a lot like spring here in New York, and I couldn’t be more excited.

Time to put away the oversized sweaters and chunky scarves to bring out your spring clothing.

This season I want to do some spring cleaning and get rid of all the clothing I know I won’t be wearing and replace it with an updated wardrobe.

The first thing on my Spring Wish List is the cream Kate Spade top pictured above. I love to switch from black to white in the spring, so this top would be cute to dress up or down for the season.

Ripped jeans and fun shorts are another must have for spring.

Funky flats have been all over the runways during Fashion Week. I’m used to wearing heels or sandals during the warmer months, but I would love to get into these fun shoes.

Backpacks are starting to appear everywhere, and not the canvas JanSports that everyone had in middle school. Backpacks are replacing handbags quickly and I want to jump right into that trend!

Lastly I cannot wait to pull my bronzer out to warm up my pale skin. I love NARS bronzers for their color and wearing.

Living in New York City and having a shopping addiction can be pretty harmful for your wallet. But working in Soho and having to pass all the shops and new window displays… That can be detrimental.

Today, before heading to work, tow of my close friends and I did a little shopping and lunch in my favorite part of the city.

So for my work/shopping outfit I wore Kate Spade Saturday’s green boat neck dress and Zip Line Bag, with tights and my favorite denim vest. On my feet were my Doctor Martins.
